• *Job Description**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and commercially driven Financial Modeller to build, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting strategic decision\-making, valuation, and transaction advisory. The role requires strong expertise in Excel\-based modeling, financial analysis, and business valuation across sectors such as FMCG, infrastructure, or consumer. **Key Responsibilities** **Financial Modelling \& Analysis\- Develop integrated 3\-statement financial models (P\&L, BS, Cash Flow) from scratch.**

• Build DCF, LBO, merger models, and operating models

• Create revenue, cost, and working capital drivers based on business insights

• Conduct scenario analysis, sensitivities, and stress testing

• *Valuation \& Transaction Support**

• Perform valuations using

• Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)

• Comparable companies / precedent transactions

• Support M\&A, due diligence, and fundraising transactions

• Build and review financial projections for pitch decks and Ims

• *Model Review \& Governance**

* Audit and validate financial models for

• Accuracy

• Logical consistency

• Robust structure

• Ensure adherence to best practices (modular design, transparency, audit trails)

• *Key Competencies**

• MBA/ CFA/ CA
• 4\-6 years of experience in the Investment banking space

* Experience of working Investment banking projects, including

• Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements

• Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps

• Benchmarking, Ratio analysis

• Pitch book / IM support and company profiles

• Macro\-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries

• Bespoke qualitative research

• Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support

• Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

• Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
