We are looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for software implementation, customer onboarding, user training, and post\-deployment support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, ensure successful software adoption, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Implement and configure software solutions based on customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and user training programs.
Assist customers in adopting software workflows and best practices.
Analyze client requirements and provide suitable implementation solutions.
Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
Monitor implementation progress and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Maintain implementation documentation, reports, and customer records.
Review processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements.
Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance product usability and service quality.
Provide ongoing support to customers during and after implementation.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good problem\-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to understand business processes and customer requirements.
Willingness to travel for customer visits and implementations when required.
Basic knowledge of software applications, databases, and networking concepts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer\-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
