About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import Pricing Executive / Sr. Executive / Manager to join our logistics team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in import pricing across Air Freight and Sea Freight operations, with the ability to manage carrier negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide daily freight pricing support to the sales team and customers.
• Coordinate freight rate inquiries with Steam Ship Lines (SSLs), airlines, and LCL co\-loaders.
• Obtain, maintain, and update monthly rate sheets as per carrier service contracts.
• Participate in carrier and service contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing.
• Share updated pricing and rate sheets with sales teams and management.
• Follow up with internal sales teams and customers to understand shipment requirements and pricing needs.
• Ensure timely retrieval, preparation, negotiation, and filing of quotations for customers.
• Support bid and tender submissions by meeting strict pricing deadlines.
• Analyze market conditions and secure competitive rates through carrier relationships and internal market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate pricing records and support continuous improvement of pricing processes.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in import pricing within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of both:
• Air Freight
• Sea Freight
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs, and co\-loaders.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and pricing management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight pricing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple quotations simultaneously.

Preferred Background

• Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry experience is mandatory.
