Job Summary

We are looking for a customer\-focused Customer Support Executive to handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle incoming customer calls regarding product queries, orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to resolve order\-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow\-ups.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.

• *Requirements**

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and a customer\-first approach.
• Prior experience in customer support or inbound calling is preferred.

• *Preferred Candidate**

A proactive, patient, and service\-oriented individual who can handle customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
