We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with hands\-on expertise in HR Operations and Employee Generalist activities. The candidate should be capable of managing the employee lifecycle and ensuring smooth HR operations.**Role \& responsibilities**

• Manage day\-to\-day HR operations and employee generalist activities.
• Handle attendance, leave management and employee records.
• Manage employee HR related operations
• Drive employee engagement, retention and grievance management.
• Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR coordination.
• Maintain HR documentation and support HR policies and processes.

• *Preferred candidate profile**
• 4 to 8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Strong hands\-on experience in employee life cycle.
• Good knowledge of HR Operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee concerns and coordinate with internal stakeholders.

Shift: PST \- 8\.30 PM to 6:00 AM IST
