• *Job Description:**

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the execution of strategies within the team and organization. The individual will be responsible for identifying and leading the development of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. The role focuses on one or more brands, channels, lines, categories or teams with broadly defined objectives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Drive the cascade and execution of strategies within the team/organization.
• Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
• Manage one or more brands, channels, lines, categories with broadly defined objectives.
• Develop internal and/or external strategic relationships for value creation.
• Work with minimal supervision while determining work priorities and defining how work should be accomplished.
• Accomplish results through managing \& leading a team.

• *Job Qualifications**

• MBA / Bachelors from target schools
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy execution within a team/organization.
• Experience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas or products.
• Proven track record in managing brands or categories with broadly defined objectives.
• Aptitude for developing internal and/or external strategic relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in managing \& leading a team is preferred.
