About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Manager – Apartment Sales (IC role) to expand apartment society partnerships for Park\+ across Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Pune. This is a field\-intensive B2B sales role focused on onboarding gated societies by selling smart parking and access control solutions.
The role requires complete ownership of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client meetings to closure, onboarding coordination, and collections management.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Apartment Onboarding \& Closures
Identify and target gated societies / RWAs across assigned cities
Conduct meetings with RWA members, facility managers, and security heads
Boom barriers
RFID systems
Smart parking technology
Drive closures and convert leads into active installations
2\. Sales Funnel Management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
Client meetings
Follow\-ups
Conversion tracking
Maintain proper CRM hygiene with timely updates and reporting
3\. Client Onboarding \& Execution
Coordinate with operations and tech teams for smooth installation and go\-live
Ensure quick onboarding with minimal escalations and high client satisfaction
4\. Revenue \& Collections
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Ensure timely collections and payment follow\-ups post\-installation
Coordinate internally to avoid payment delays and escalations
5\. Stakeholder \& Relationship Management
RWAs
Facility Managers
Security Heads
Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion within societies
Candidate Profile – Skills \& Competencies
2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales / real estate / hardware sales / gated community sales
Strong lead generation, negotiation, and closure skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC)
Comfortable with extensive field travel and daily meetings
Strong CRM discipline and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working with apartment societies / RWAs
Familiarity with local city market and networks
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
