We are looking for an energetic and responsible Individual Loan Officer to manage customer sourcing, loan processing, collection follow-up, and relationship handling in assigned areas, including Andipatti, RS Managalam, Tirunelveli, Avinashi, and Srivilliputhur. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers for individual loans, explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, and conducting field visits for customer verification. You will collect and verify customer documents, support the loan disbursement process, and ensure timely collection and follow-up of EMI payments. Maintaining strong customer relationships is vital for retention. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, field experience, and dedication to meeting targets in the microfinance sector while handling business loans responsibly.
