• *Job Responsibilities\-**

• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and industry thought leaders.
• Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand's marketing objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Negotiate collaboration terms and ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align influencer activities with overall marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and prepare post\-campaign reports.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, target audiences, and emerging influencers.
• Generate creative campaign ideas and assist in developing engaging content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer marketing best practices.

• *Required Skills**

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong network of influencers and content creators is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent content planning abilities.
