• *Job Summary**

GRS Fantasy Park is looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented **Planning Engineer** to join our Projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, coordination, and reporting to ensure timely completion of construction and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent coordination, and the ability to monitor project execution against planned schedules.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare project schedules, daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
• Develop project milestones and monitor progress against the planned schedule.
• Visit project sites regularly to track actual progress and identify delays.
• Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Purchase Manager, and Process Coordinator.
• Ensure execution of work as per the latest approved drawings and project specifications.
• Maintain project schedules, planning documents, and drawing records.
• Update project progress in company software and maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (DPR/WPR/MPR).
• Report project status, risks, delays, and planning updates to the Head of Projects.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and project execution.
• Ability to monitor project progress and identify deviations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project planning software (MS Project/Primavera will be an added advantage).
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• *Candidate Profile**

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• Mechanical or other Engineering graduates with relevant project planning experience may also apply.
• 1–5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction project coordination.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, commercial projects, hospitality projects, or industrial projects will be preferred.
• Candidates willing to work from Mysuru are preferred.
