*Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Influencer Marketing Manager** with **2 to 5 years of experience** to own our creator ecosystem strategy. In this role, you will collaborate with lifestyle, shopping, tech, and entertainment creators to drive user acquisition, brand trust, and transaction volume. *Key Responsibilities**

**Campaign Management:** End\-to\-end planning, execution, and tracking of influencer campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and short\-form video platforms.
**Content Strategy:** Collaborate with creators to design engaging, high\-converting briefs focused on online shopping hacks, festive sales, and savings rewards.
**Relationship Building:** Identify, vet, and onboard micro, macro, and mega influencers. Maintain strong relationships with direct creators and talent management agencies.
**ROI \& Performance Tracking:** Monitor campaign performance using UTM tracking links, promo codes, and platform analytics to ruthlessly optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
**Commercials \& Compliance:** Handle end\-to\-end legal contracting, commercial negotiations, and ensure strict adherence to ASCI disclosure guidelines.

*Required Qualifications \& Skills**

**Experience:** 2 to 5 years of proven experience in Influencer Marketing (Experience within E\-commerce, D2C, Affiliate Networks, or a digital agency setup is highly preferred).
**Network:** A solid, existing network of lifestyle, fashion, utility, or shopping creators and talent managers in India.
**Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking metrics (ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates) using Excel or tracking tools.
**Negotiation:** Exceptional communication and bargaining skills to secure optimal commercial rates.
**Location:** Must be based in or willing to relocate to Noida for a full\-time, on\-site role.

Pay: ₹500,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
