They should be comfortable coordinating with cross\-functional teams, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, handling influencer communications, preparing campaign reports, and staying updated with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends. Availability for client meetings, creator coordination, and campaign\-related communication is essential.
