Influencer Marketing Manager

• *About the Role:**

We are seeking a proactive and client\-focused Account Manager to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. You will work closely with internal teams and influencer partners to deliver exceptional campaign outcomes and client satisfaction.

• *Responsibilities**

• **Client Relationship Management:** Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients. Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding client objectives, brand guidelines, and expectations.
• **Campaign Strategy \& Planning:** Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to develop effective influencer marketing plans that align with client goals and industry trends.
• **Influencer Coordination:** Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with suitable influencers for campaigns. Ensure smooth onboarding, briefing, and compliance with campaign deliverables.
• **Project Management:** Oversee the campaign lifecycle—from brief to execution to reporting. Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and internal workflows.
• **Performance Tracking \& Reporting:** Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions). Deliver timely performance reports and optimization suggestions to clients.
• **Budget Management:** Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI while keeping campaigns within the client’s scope.
• **Problem Solving \& Crisis Handling:** Address campaign issues or delays proactively and maintain clear communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution.
• **Cross\-Team Collaboration:** Coordinate with creative, talent management, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• *Key Requirements**

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, English, Public Relations, or Mass Comm would be preferred.
• Prior experience of 4 to 7 years in the Execution of campaigns
• Strong negotiation skills and influencer outreach experience.
• Creative thinking with an eye for storytelling and content.
• Understanding of brand marketing and social media trends.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
