Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Influencer Marketing Executive** who can independently generate business opportunities, onboard brands for influencer marketing campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, client servicing, and campaign management skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Identify and approach prospective brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Pitch Blinkr Media's influencer marketing services to prospective clients.
  • Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing strategies.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, media plans, and commercial quotations.
  • Negotiate commercials and successfully close influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients and brand representatives.

Client Servicing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, briefing calls, and campaign discussions.
  • Understand campaign requirements, budgets, target audience, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Address client queries, revisions, and campaign\-related concerns.

Campaign Management

  • Coordinate with the Influencer Marketing Team for creator sourcing and shortlisting.
  • Work closely with influencer managers to finalize creators based on the client's budget and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure campaign briefs are communicated clearly to creators.
  • Monitor campaign timelines from onboarding to completion.
  • Coordinate content approvals with brands and creators.
  • Ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
  • Track campaign progress and resolve operational issues proactively.
  • Collect post\-performance reports and campaign insights.

Coordination \& Team Management

  • Work collaboratively with the influencer marketing, content, creative, legal, and finance teams.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Maintain campaign trackers and update internal status reports.
  • Coordinate invoice generation and payment follow\-ups with the finance team.

Reporting \& Documentation

  • Prepare campaign reports and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, agreements, and campaign documentation.
  • Update CRM and internal databases regularly.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • **1–3 years** of experience in Influencer Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing.
  • Prior experience working with brands, agencies, or influencer marketing companies will be preferred.

  • Monthly revenue generated through influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Number of new brands onboarded.
  • Campaign closure ratio.
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Timely execution of campaigns.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback.

Pay: ₹11,038\.77 \- ₹47,923\.30 per month
