The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr. Hygiene Care Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top\-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi\-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients
Conduct cost\-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements
Maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling
Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategy
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Achieve agreed\-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Analyse market and territory potential, and track sales performance reports
Support debt collection efforts as needed
Identify new sales opportunities through online research, cold calling, and engaging with inbound marketing leads.
Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and present value propositions.
Negotiate pricing, tailor sales packages, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
Stay updated on product features, pricing changes, and competitor offerings to effectively overcome objections.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell, cross\-sell, and ensure long\-term satisfaction
