\* Lead and manage the presales team to generate quality leads.
\* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
\* Conduct telephonic discussions to understand client requirements.
\* Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.
\* Maintain and update customer data in CRM.
\* Ensure timely follow\-ups and lead nurturing.
\* Monitor team performance and achieve lead conversion targets.
\* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover.
\* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
\* Train and mentor presales executives to improve productivity.
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\* Experience in real estate presales, telesales, or lead generation.
\* Good knowledge of CRM software and sales processes.
\* Ability to manage a team and achieve targets.
\* Customer\-focused approach with excellent follow\-up skills.
\* Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
\* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
\* 1–3 years of experience in real estate presales. (Or in Related Field)
\* Previous team handling experience preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
