As an Education Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding professionals toward the right learning paths. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding career aspirations, building relationships, and driving enrollments through personalized counseling.
Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily via calls and virtual consultations
Understand candidates’ career goals and upskilling needs
Recommend and explain relevant courses and programs
Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
Fresh graduates interested in building a career in sales or EdTech
Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales or any industry looking to transition
Candidates with strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Self\-motivated, target\-driven individuals with a growth mindset
Graduate in any discipline
