Inside Sales Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a **dynamic and result\-oriented Inside Sales Executive** with experience in **IT product sales**. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales opportunities for our **cloud\-based products and solutions**. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in selling **Software as a Service (SaaS)** and **Platform as a Service (PaaS)** solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through **cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach**.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable **IT products and SaaS solutions**.
• Schedule **product demos and meetings** with potential clients for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a strong **sales pipeline** through continuous prospecting and follow\-ups.
• Engage with **decision\-makers and key stakeholders** to understand their business challenges.
• Work closely with the **sales and technical teams** to ensure smooth lead conversion.
• Maintain and update **CRM systems** with accurate prospect and customer information.
• Achieve **monthly and quarterly sales targets**.
• Stay updated on **industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities**.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
• Experience in **inside sales, lead generation, or IT product sales**.
• Ability to build relationships with **B2B clients**.
• Familiarity with **CRM tools** such as **Zoho CRM**, **HubSpot**, or **Salesforce**.
• Target\-driven and capable of working in a **fast\-paced environment**.

• *Experience Required**

• **1–4 years** of experience in **inside sales, SaaS sales, or IT product sales**.
• Prior experience working with **global clients** or in **B2B sales** will be an added advantage.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field**.
• Experience using **lead generation tools** like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, **Apollo.io**, or **ZoomInfo**.
• Understanding of **cloud technologies and digital solutions**.
