Role: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full\-time

Location: Remote

Backed by a team of qualified doctors , nutritionists, fitness experts, and behavioral coaches, Noguilt combines science\-driven approaches with technology and empathetic support to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Specifically, this role will involve

● Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.

● Clearly explain the product/service features, benefits, and pricing.

● Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

● Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email until closure.

● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in CRM or tracking sheets.

● Ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to final sale. An ideal candidate will have:

● Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and connect with customer needs.

● Fluency in both Hindi and English for effective conversation and persuasion.

● Basic computer proficiency for handling CRM, emails, and data entry.

● A growth mindset with a passion for learning, performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

● Graduates and Post\-Graduates are welcome

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
