**Job Purpose**

We are looking for smart, confident, and communication\-skilled female candidates who can handle Instagram leads, customer follow\-ups, CRM updates, and sales conversion professionally.

Candidate should have

• *Responsibilities:**

· Handle Instagram inquiries, customer DMs, and WhatsApp communication professionally while understanding customer requirements and sharing product details, catalogues, pricing, and offers.

· Maintain and update customer leads in the CRM system, including lead status, follow\-up records, and customer database management.

· Conduct regular follow\-ups with interested and inactive customers, build strong customer relationships, and coordinate with sales, dispatch, and inventory teams for smooth order processing.

· Convert inquiries into sales by handling customer objections confidently, assisting in product selection, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry to order closure.

• *Requisite Skills:**
