• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales Executive** with a strong background in **paint technology** and a proven track record in the **paints, coatings, and resin raw material industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships across the region.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Promote and sell **resins and coating raw materials** to customers in the paint and allied industries
• Identify and develop new customers, markets, and segments to expand sales reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per the company's growth plans
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and provide after\-sales support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for strategic inputs
• Coordinate with technical and R\&D teams to address customer requirements and queries
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management

• *Key Requirements:**

• Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry
• Strong technical understanding of **resins, coatings, and related raw materials**
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a target\-driven environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
