• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, generate new subscriptions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound communication while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Connect with potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Guide customers through the subscription process and assist in onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Follow up with interested prospects and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain records of customer interactions using Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.

• *Required Skills**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer handling and relationship\-building abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
