Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive for the real estate sector who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting prospects into site visits and sales opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective property buyers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Explain project details, pricing, and property features to potential clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Maintain regular follow\-ups with interested clients to close deals.
Maintain lead data and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve monthly lead conversion and site visit targets.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telecalling or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Target\-driven and customer\-focused approach.
Graduate in any discipline.
Salary: As per industry standards \+ Incentives
Pay: ₹10,239\.26 \- ₹30,109\.26 per month
