Shah Brothers, a manufacturer and distributor of critical process consumables for the pharma and biotech industries, requires an Inside Sales Executive. You will be responsible for the entire inside sales cycle, generating and nurturing leads through proactive phone calls, emails, and video interactions. The role demands a deep understanding of our product portfolio, which includes single-use assemblies, crimped hose assemblies, biopharma connectors, silicone tubing, diaphragm pumps, filters, and laboratory instruments used in vaccine and biologic manufacturing. You will work to close sales, provide initial product guidance, and coordinate with the team to ensure seamless after-sales service and support. This position is based in Maharashtra and is ideal for a candidate with a knack for consultative selling in a technical B2B environment.
