We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales, strong communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and helping drive business growth through lead conversion.
1\. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the company’s products/services.
2\. Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
3\. Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
4\. Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, or LinkedIn to move them through the sales funnel.
5\. Maintain and update the CRM with all sales activities and client information.
6\. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
7\. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve the quality of leads.
8\. Provide feedback from prospects to help refine sales strategies and offerings.
\* 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a related role.
\* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must
\* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi is an advantage
\* Confident, self\-motivated, and target\-oriented.
\* Ability to understand customer pain points and pitch relevant solutions.
\* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
\* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
