- *What is the Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative Role?**
This **isn’t your typical calling job**. As a Inside Sales Representative/Sales Development Representative at Mentoria, you are the **first human touchpoint between Mentoria and the corporate world**.
You’ll initiate meaningful conversations with **CHROs, Employee Wellbeing heads, L\&D heads, DE\&I leaders, and Employee Experience SPOCs**, and generate qualified meetings for our Business Development team.
This role requires **intelligence, empathy, research, and relationship\-building** not just scripts and spamming.**What you’ll do:**
- Identify, research \& qualify HR decision\-makers in top Indian companies
- Run thoughtful, multi\-channel outreach via LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp \& Calls
- Tailor every pitch \- **no spam, no templates**
- Set up discovery meetings and ensure smooth handovers to the sales team
- Maintain hygiene and follow\-up discipline in **Zoho CRM**
- Work closely with the sales manager and content team for outreach campaigns
- **6 months to 3 years** of B2B inside sales / SDR experience (preferably in EdTech, HRTech, SaaS)
- Great communicator – confident writing and speaking to CHROs \& senior HR leaders
- Highly organised with a strong sense of follow\-through
- Hands\-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sheets, CRM tools \& AI tools for prospecting
- Smart, curious, and wants to **build a career in consultative B2B sales**
