Reporting directly to the **VP \- Operations**, you will oversee the entire inside sales function, ensure operational excellence, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

- Experience: 0\.6 months– 6 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Shift: US Shift (06:00 PM – 03:00 AM), 5 Days Working
- Cab Facilities Available
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
- Minimum 0\.6 months\-6 years of relevant experience in US inside sales or SaaS sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Data\-driven decision\-making and reporting skills.
- Manage the inside sales representative’s team.
- Set and track sales targets for your team Generating qualified leads for the Organization and passing to Business development team Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products.
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
- Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met Build an open\-communication environment for your team.
- Liaise with Marketing department to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
- Working on scripts with team, making ongoing amendments as necessary.
- Identifying target contacts within potential customers.
- Leading and coaching a team of inside sales executives.
