• *About the Role:**

We are looking for a high\-energy, result\-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be high\-volume daily outreach, connecting with prospective candidates, understanding their career goals, and counseling them on our career readiness services.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do daily)

• **Outbound Calling:** Make continuous, high\-volume outbound calls daily to prospective students, fresh graduates, and job seekers from the provided leads database.
• **Lead Conversion:** Counsel aspirants over the phone, explain the value of our training programs, and pitch the services effectively to ensure enrollment closures.
• **Follow\-up Management:** Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads, making regular follow\-up calls and tracking candidate status.
• **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet daily call volume metrics and weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

• *Requirements (What we are looking for):**

• **Experience:** 6 to 12 months of solid experience in active sales roles (Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Business Development).
• **Industry Preference:** Candidates from an EdTech or Training background are highly preferred.
• **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in English and regional languages (Telugu or Hindi). You must be confident in building rapport purely over phone calls.
• **Remote Setup:** Since this is a 100% Work from Home role, you must have a reliable laptop, a stable high\-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
