**Policy Renewals \& Sales:** Make outbound calls to existing customers for policy renewals and new prospects for motor insurance.
**Product Explanation:** Clearly articulate policy features, coverage options,
**Lead Conversion:** Identify customer needs and persuade them to purchase or renew policies.
**Customer Support:** Answer inbound queries regarding policy terms, claim assistance, and documentation.
**Record Keeping:** Accurately update customer interactions, policy details, and follow\-up dates in the CRM system or dealership software.
