Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell insurance products to prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum **6 months to 1 year of experience** in Insurance Sales.
• Experience in **Motor Insurance, Health Insurance, or Life Insurance** is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target\-oriented environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills.

Compensation

• Motor Insurance / Health Insurance Experience: **₹20,000 – ₹25,000 In\-Hand**
• Life Insurance Experience: **Up to ₹20,000 In\-Hand**

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: **9:30 AM – 6:30 PM**
• Weekly Off: **Rotational Week Offs**
