Insurance Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work remotely from India and assist customers in the United States by providing insurance solutions through phone calls, Zoom meetings, and email communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers in the United States.
• Conduct sales calls and virtual meetings via Zoom.
• Explain insurance products and help clients choose appropriate coverage.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and video meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• **Fluent English communication skills are required** (both spoken and written).
• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or insurance experience is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with US\-based customers over the phone and Zoom meetings.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• **Must own a laptop/computer and have a reliable high\-speed internet connection.**
• Ability to work during US business hours.
• Basic proficiency with email, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
