Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented Interior Designer who can design
functional, aesthetically aligned spaces and contribute to product/furniture design.
This role focuses on conceptualization, visualization, and design development, with
limited on\-site involvement. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design
and the ability to translate concepts into practical, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop design concepts aligned with healthcare aesthetics and brand
guidelines
● Create space plans, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D renders
● Design reception areas, consultation rooms, therapy rooms, pharmacy sections,
and waiting areas
● Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor suitable for clinical
settings
● Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for design alignment and
implementation support
● Provide design guidance during execution to ensure output matches design
intent
● Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare infrastructure standards
● Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for presentations, visual enhancements,
and design detailing
Additional Scope (Product Design – Good to Have)
● Design custom furniture, fixtures, and modular elements
● Work on ergonomic and user\-friendly product concepts
● Support prototyping and design standardization across locations
● Optimize designs for scalability and cost\-efficiencyKey Skills \& Competencies

Qualifications \& Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
● 2–4 years of relevant experience (healthcare/retail/commercial preferred)
● Exposure to product/furniture design is a plus
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max
● Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required
