• *Job Purpose**

To provide design consultation and support to clients and the trade network, working closely with showroom teams to translate customer requirements into design concepts, material selections, and layouts using the group's furniture, surface, hardware, and soft\-furnishing offerings.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Consult with walk\-in and referred clients to understand space requirements, style preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable furniture, laminates/veneers, hardware, modular kitchen, and soft\-furnishing combinations.
• Prepare renders, or presentations as needed for client approval.
• Coordinate with showroom teams and vendors on material availability, customisation, and costing.
• Support the sales team by strengthening design\-led conversions and upselling relevant products.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractorsnas design referral partners.
• Follow up on project execution, site visits, and ensure design intent is implemented correctly.
• Maintain a portfolio of completed projects for marketing and client reference.

• *Requirements \& Qualifications**

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, retail design consultation, or a design studio.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, or similar design software; knowledge of tools is a plus.

• *Skills \& Competencies**

• Strong design sense with practical knowledge of materials and finishes.
• Good client communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative design with budget and timeline constraints.
• Collaborative mindset to work closely with sales and showroom teams.
• Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-through on projects.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
