• **Color Theory:** Knowing how to manipulate hues, saturation, and lighting to influence the mood, temperature, and perceived size of a room.

2\. Technical Capabilities

• **Drafting \& Modeling:** Proficiency in industry\-standard software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to bring designs to life.
• **Blue\-Treading:** The ability to read, interpret, and modify architectural blueprints and electrical/plumbing plans.

3\. Business \& Project Management

• **Budgeting \& Forecasting:** Sourcing materials, negotiating with vendors, and keeping the project within financial constraints.

4\. Client \& Soft Skills
