Core Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• **BIM \& CAD Mastery:** Advanced proficiency in modeling and drafting tools like **Revit**, **AutoCAD**, and 3D visualization software like **Rhino** or **SketchUp**. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Construction Documents:** Expertise in preparing and reviewing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and tender packages. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Building Codes \& Regulations:** Thorough understanding of local zoning laws, accessibility standards, and regional building codes. \[1, 2]
• **MEP/Structural Coordination:** Ability to integrate and align architectural plans with structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. \[1, 2]
• **Site Management:** Experience in conducting site visits, resolving on\-site construction issues, and ensuring execution matches design intent. \[1]

Project \& People Management Skills

• **Team Leadership:** Capacity to mentor junior architects and draftsmen, manage workflows, and oversee the distribution of project tasks. \[1]
• **Client \& Stakeholder Communication:** Ability to present design proposals, facilitate feedback, and coordinate smoothly with contractors and vendors. \[1, 2]

Design \& Conceptual Skills
