Interior Designer

• **Project Leadership:** Lead design teams, manage projects end\-to\-end, coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineers, consultants).
• **Design \& Technical Oversight:** Develop concepts, create/review blueprints, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability goals.
• **Client \& Stakeholder Management:** Understand client needs, present proposals, act as a primary contact, and manage expectations.
• **Project Management:** Control timelines, budgets, resources, quality, and constructability.
• **Mentorship:** Supervise junior architects, provide technical guidance, and foster professional development.
• **Technical Expertise:** Serve as a resource for complex problem\-solving, code analysis, and production documentation.

Essential Skills \& Qualifications

• **Education:** Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture.
• **Licensure:** Licensed Architect (preferred).
