We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Interior Designer** to develop functional, aesthetically appealing, and brand\-aligned interior spaces. The candidate will be responsible for taking projects from concept development and space planning through design documentation, vendor coordination, execution, and final handover.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop interior design concepts based on project requirements, brand identity, budget, and functionality.
• Prepare **space plans, layouts, furniture plans, ceiling plans, flooring plans, and elevations**.
• Create mood boards, material boards, colour schemes, and design presentations.
• Develop detailed working drawings and design documentation.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories.
• Prepare BOQ and assist with material and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution against approved designs and drawings.
• Review measurements and site conditions before finalizing designs.
• Ensure design execution meets required quality, specifications, and timelines.
• Identify design or execution issues and provide practical solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, samples, materials, and timelines.
• Review samples and mock\-ups before final approval.
• Maintain project drawings, revisions, material specifications, and documentation.
• Ensure consistency of design across multiple locations or projects.
• Support renovation, expansion, and new\-project development activities.
• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainable design practices.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of **space planning and interior design principles**.
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and construction methods.
• Strong visualisation and design\-development skills.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Good knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and site execution.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good vendor and contractor coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem\-solving skills.

• *Software Skills**

• **AutoCAD – Mandatory**
• SketchUp – preferred
• 3ds Max / V\-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – preferred

• *Qualification**

Bachelor's/Diploma in **Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field**.

• *A portfolio is mandatory.**

Pay: From ₹20,000\.00 per month
