Social Media Executive

1\. Job Purpose

To manage the company's social media presence, create engaging content, maintain brand consistency, increase audience engagement and support business growth through digital platforms.

2\. Key Roles \& Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

• Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and videos.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags and industry updates.
• Ensure regular posting as per the content calendar.

B. Content Planning \& Coordination

• Prepare weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers and video editors.
• Collect content from salon activities, events, campaigns and customer experiences.
• Develop creative content ideas for reels, stories and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the technical and salon teams for content requirements.

C. Engagement \& Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries.
• Monitor audience engagement and interactions.
• Forward customer enquiries and booking requests to the concerned team.
• Build positive relationships with followers and potential customers.
• Monitor online reviews and brand mentions.

D. Brand Promotion \& Campaigns

• Execute promotional campaigns, offers and brand activities.
• Support new service launches and marketing initiatives.
• Promote salon services, hair transformations, events and education programmes.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators.
• Support collaborations and promotional activities.

E. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting

• Track followers, reach, impressions and engagement.
• Monitor reel and post performance.
• Analyse content performance and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.
• Recommend strategies to improve audience growth and engagement.
