Interior Project Coordinator

Customer \& Lead Management

• Handle customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other lead sources
• Respond to customer enquiries and understand project requirements
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing enquiries
• Maintain and update customer records and lead status in Google Sheets
• Schedule and coordinate site visits between customers and site engineers
• Track lead progress from enquiry to project closure
• Ensure timely customer communication and follow\-ups

Design \& Quotation Support

• Prepare 2D interior drawings using AutoCAD
• Prepare basic 3D concepts and visual presentations when required
• Assist in design discussions and customer presentations
• Prepare quotations, project proposals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with site engineers regarding customer requirements and design details

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with customers, site teams, vendors, and suppliers throughout project execution
• Maintain project records and status updates
• Assist in project scheduling and follow\-up activities
• Support project completion and customer handover processes

Marketing \& Social Media Support

• Coordinate with the Social Media Manager for content planning and execution
• Provide design concepts, ideas, references, and content suggestions for social media posts and reels
• Create basic 2D/3D visuals and design concepts for marketing purposes when required
• Share project updates, design ideas, and completed works for promotional activities

Required Skills

• AutoCAD knowledge is mandatory
• Basic SketchUp / 3D software knowledge is preferred
• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
• Comfortable handling customer calls and follow\-ups
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Candidate

• Interior Design Diploma / Degree
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
• Prior experience in interior design, customer coordination, or project coordination is an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
