Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Intern \- HR who is eager to build a career in Human Resources. This internship offers hands\-on exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, enabling candidates to gain practical experience across key HR functions. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition **Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.** Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. **Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.** Conduct initial telephonic screening and candidate follow\-ups. **Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.** Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns. 2\. HR Generalist Activities **Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.** Support employee documentation and record management. **Maintain HR databases and employee information systems.** Help prepare HR letters, policies, and employee communications. **Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.** Assist in attendance, leave management, and other HR operational tasks. **Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes. Desired Skills \& Qualifications** Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. **Strong verbal and written communication skills.** Good interpersonal and coordination abilities. **Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.** Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **Detail\-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.** Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. What You'll Learn **End\-to\-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.** Core HR operations and employee lifecycle management. **HR documentation, compliance, and policy implementation.** Stakeholder management and professional communication. **Exposure to real\-time HR projects and business operations. Location – Hyderabad / Bangalore (Work from Office) Internship Duration \-3–6 Months (can be adjusted as per organizational requirements) Stipend \-12,000 – 15,000/\- (Monthly) \*Note: PPO will be offered based on performance during the internship. The compensation package will be discussed upon successful completion of the internship.**
