Job Description

We are looking for customer\-focused International BPO Executives to handle international customer interactions through calls, emails, or chat. Candidates should have good English communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve customer complaints and service\-related issues professionally.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
• Follow communication scripts, quality guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
• Meet assigned productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required by the process.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Good spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong listening, problem\-solving, and customer\-handling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, if required.
• Previous international BPO or customer support experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
