We are currently hiring for **Process Associate – International Outbound Calling** for a client based in **Kirti Nagar, Delhi**.

• *Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 In\-hand \+ Incentives

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Connect with international customers through outbound calling.
• Generate leads and manage regular customer follow\-ups.
• Maintain strong communication standards and customer experience.
• Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain call records and process documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum **3 months of experience in International Outbound Calling**
• **Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered.**
• Experience in **sales process or lead generation** will be an advantage
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening abilities
• Comfortable working in target\-oriented environments
• Ability to remain professional and composed during customer interactions
• Comfortable with early morning shifts

Shift Details

Monday – Friday: **5:00 AM – 2:00 PM**

Saturday: **5:00 AM – 11:00 AM**

Sunday: Fixed Off
