Role Responsibilities

\- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

\- Provide support and resolve customer concerns.

\- Ensure a high\-quality customer service experience.

\- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and compliance standards.

\- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.

Experience: HSC \+ 12 months, Graduation \+ 6 months
