Job Description

We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives with a background in International Voice Process to join our customer service team in Pallavaram, Chennai.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and experience handling international customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience handling international customer calls.
• Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.

Salary \& Benefits

• **Maximum CTC:** Up to ₹4\.25 LPA.
• Up to 30% hike on last drawn CTC (not exceeding ₹4\.25 LPA).
• 5 Days Working.
• 2 Rotational Week\-Offs.
• Rotational Night Shifts.
• Both\-Way Cab Facilities.
• Provident Fund (PF).

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
