• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or backend systems.
• Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customers.
• Maintain records and update customer information in internal systems.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
• Ensure high\-quality customer service and process compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Backend Operations, Customer Service, Voice Process, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Freshers are not eligible for this role.
