Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospects through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and other channels
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Schedule appointments and demos with potential clients
Maintain lead data and follow\-up records
Coordinate with sales teams for smooth conversions
Achieve outreach and meeting generation targets
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and target\-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment
Basic understanding of B2B sales is a plus
