We are looking for a highly driven and articulate **International Sales Executive** to join our growing software services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **lead qualification, high\-volume outbound calling, and end\-to\-end sales closure** targeting clients in **Europe and the USA**.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to consistently generate business through proactive outreach.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct **100\+ outbound calls daily** to potential clients in Europe and the USA
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads for software development services
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable software solutions
• Manage the **complete sales cycle** from lead generation to deal closure
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow\-ups
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales activities in CRM
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

• *Key Requirements**

• **Exceptional English communication skills** (spoken \& written) — must be fluent and confident
• Proven experience in **international sales / IT services / software sales**
• Ability to make **high\-volume cold calls (100\+ per day)** consistently
• Strong understanding of **software services (web, mobile, SaaS, custom development, etc.)**
• Experience working with clients in **US/Europe time zones**
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
