Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target\-oriented In\-House Sales Executive with fluent English communication skills to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and develop long\-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities from the office through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to achieve the company's sales targets.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers through online research, existing databases, referrals, and other sources.
• **Outbound Calling:** Contact prospective customers to introduce the company's products, understand their requirements, and generate business opportunities.
• **Sales Conversion:** Follow up with interested prospects, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• **English Communication:** Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings in fluent English.
• **Product Knowledge:** Understand the company's products, features, applications, and benefits to explain them effectively to customers.
• **Enquiry Management:** Respond to customer enquiries, share product information and quotations, and ensure timely follow\-ups.
• **Sales Coordination:** Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing.
• **CRM \& Reporting:** Maintain accurate customer information, call records, lead status, follow\-up schedules, and sales reports.
• **Target Achievement:** Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead\-generation, and sales targets.
• **Customer Support:** Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
