Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target\-driven Senior Sales Executive cum Team Leader to manage sales activities while leading and motivating a team of sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, converting leads into customers, achieving individual and team sales targets, and ensuring effective sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, client\-handling, and leadership skills, along with the ability to monitor team performance and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales activities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and ensure the team meets its monthly sales objectives.
• Lead, guide, and motivate sales executives to improve productivity and performance.
• Monitor daily sales activities, calls, follow\-ups, lead status, and conversions.
• Assign targets to team members and track their progress regularly.
• Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and objection management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on prospective clients, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.
• Review team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
• Ensure proper use of CRM software and timely updating of customer information.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.
• Escalate customer concerns and resolve sales\-related issues promptly.
