Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for Australian customers.
Electricity \& Gas
NBN (Internet)
Health Insurance
Solar Solutions
Batteries
VEU Programs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
Provide excellent customer service and sales support.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Sales experience in International BPO/Voice Process will be an added advantage.
